Directions

 From Downtown Atlanta: Take Ponce de Leon Ave. eastbound into DeKalb County. Beyond Fernbank, Scott Boulevard continues to the left as a four-lane, while Ponce goes straight and narrows to a two-lane street. Take Scott until North Decatur Road, which is at an intersection of three streets. Turn right onto North Decatur Road. The hospital campus will become visible at the next intersection and the Clinic is on the hospital campus. The trip from Ponce and Peachtree downtown is approximately six miles.

 

 

From I-285: Take Exit 39A, which is Route 78 West. Bear left onto Church Street, the third traffic light after exiting the highway. Take Church Street to the next light, North Decatur Road, and the hospital will be visible on the left. The hospital is approximately two miles from the highway.
